Course description

This accredited unit of competency is from the RII Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package.

This course is designed specifically for trades people and other personnel whose normal duties mean a higher level of exposure to fall hazards. Those who are involved with regularly using personal fall protection equipment and safe access systems, and may be required to participate in conducting risk assessment of tasks/areas in fall hazards.

Entry requirements

No formal entry requirements for this course, however must be physically fit to don a harness and to climb ladders.

Duration

Initial Training – One (1) Day Refresher Training. Four (4) Hours for returning students and those who have previously completed the initial training. Ask us about our computer based learning option.
